GA How To Turn More Visitors Into Sales Starting Today

How to Turn More Visitors into Sales Starting Today

Is your site just like a big billboard where traffic just passes by and never stops?

How do you turn your visitors into sales today? Read on.

1. Win your customer’s trust.

Your homepage should immediately start building rapport with your visitors. Make sure it is very clear who you are, what you do and why they should do business with you.

Have a picture of yourself on the Web site. People like to do business with people they can trust. By putting a picture of yourself on your site, you become a person, not just a business.

Prospective clients visiting your site might not be taken in by what they have read, but there is a possibility that they might be taken in by your picture. Why not? An honest faced is equals someone that other people would like to do business with.

Sometimes business decisions turn on the simplest reasons, but you can be assured that coming across as a real person on your Web site will certainly increase the trust level with your visitors.

2. Build customer relationships.

Let your potential customers know that you understand their problems and that you have a solution to their problems. One effective way to do this is to put testimonials on your Web site.

Do not tell people how you solve their problems; let someone else tell the story. Testimonials are powerful and necessary to a successful Web site.

Testimonials not only say you can do the job, but they also say how well you can do the job. Let others speak for you. They are so much more believable than trying to promote yourself.

Include testimonials throughout your Web site. Do not make the mistake of having one page just for testimonials.

Rarely will someone click to a testimonials page and read the whole thing. You will be just wasting your time and resources with that single testimonial page.

Instead, sprinkle testimonials wherever you think they might help convince your audience that what you are saying is true. Back up your statements with testimonials and you will start building relationships with your readers.

3. Make it easy to find information.

The navigation is the one factor that can make or break your Web site. You can have the best content in the world but if readers cannot find what they are looking for, they will leave.

Use simple, descriptive headings and subheadings to direct visitors throughout your Web site. Put keywords in the headings and subheadings so that the Search Engines have an easier time indexing your pages.

Think about the problems you solve for your readers and make sure you offer solutions to those problems. Remember, people are searching for information and solutions to their problems.

The easier you make it for them to find information, the more likely you will be able to entice the visitor to stay awhile. And, the longer they stay, the more likely you will gain a customer.

4. Offer discounts for repeat business.

You will see some businesses that give people a 'first-time' discount, as a bait to get people to try their services. This is entirely the wrong way to do it.

What you should be trying to do is reward loyalty by giving people a discount each time they use your services. Over time, this becomes a valuable thing for them so that moving to the competition looks like a ridiculous proposition. Why would they when they get a 20% or more discount from you every time?

5. Be passionate about feedbacks.

You need to phone up as many customers as you can to get their feedback after they deal with you.

Make sure they were satisfied with what you provided, offer to fix anything that they are not happy with and ask them if they can think of any way you could improve.

Customers will appreciate this and they will like it even more if you actually implement their suggestions.

Nowadays, customers are fickle and can all-too-easily be tempted away by a competitor's offer if they feel that it sounds cheaper or better than yours. Use some of the tips mentioned to gain more advantage and turn your visitors to customers quickly.
